    بانو مری بویس ( Mary Boyce ) ، یکی از بهترین زرتشت شناسان غربی که مدت سی سال استاد زرتشت شناسی در دانشگاه اکسفورد ( انگلستان ) بود در سن 86 سالگی در روز 4 آوریل 2006 در انگلستان درگزشت . بانو مری بویس کتابها و نوشتارهای بسیاری درباره بزرگ آموزگار زرتشت نوشته و یکی از بهترین کارشناسان در زمینه پارسیان در هند بود .
    بدین مناسبت در روز 8 آوریل نشست یاد بود در بنیاد برادران زرتشتی در نگلستان ( ارباب مهربان زرتشتی و برادر ایشان شادروان فریدون زرتشتی ) بر پا گردید.
